It's helpful but fast paced.
This is a great tool for learning massage techniques. However you should plan to watch it several times and pause it every few seconds when you watch it during the message. Personally I would perfer to watch it and then try to remember what I learned rather then trying to watch it during the massage. All in all it is a good resource with helpful info.
It did not come shink wrapped so it almost feels like you received a used DVD.
