This is an excellent reference for teaching about Verdi which I'll be using for an opera appreciation class for retired adults

I have enjoyed the format and the details included. It is a highly engaging video for anyone interested in the evolution of grand opera as an art form. And so much of his writing was inspired by the goings on in the evolution of Italy as a unified country.
